Everything was great, we spent here 2 very enjoyable nights. The kitchen had coffee & tea making machines, refrigerators, and an oven etc to cook a meal.

My time here was pleasant, would recomand. Everything was very good here, greatly enjoyed it. Found shower facilities and toiletries in the bathroom.

Spacious rooms with very comfy bed. Good and magnificent location, close enough to the botanic garden, the old town and the centre.

Great location so close to great non-touristy pubs, surrounding areas and Botanic Gardens and Water of Leith walks, and the room was well-equipped. Superbly friendly staff and we truly enjoyed the owner.

The location here was spot on, in a peaceful neighborhood that was convenient to get around 📍. The hosts were super friendly and even hooked us up with a room featuring a super cozy bed.

travelled to explore edinburgh, this apartment was a chilled-out base for doing it. stayed 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving.

boat green apartment was a dream come true! the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, providing a guidebook and going above and beyond. the apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby. can't wait to visit again!

Stayed at Boat Green for 3 nights on a leisure trip. Cosy and clean apartment with accurate photos. Great location with easy walking distance to city centre and supermarket nearby. Helpful owner, Brian, who greeted us and provided a thorough tour. The apartment had all necessary amenities and more, with Scottish shortbread cookies, fruit, milk, and other treats provided. Highly recommend this property!
